ABOUT THE PRACTICE

I work with founders and leaders on strategic priorities, critical decisions, and initiatives that require both thoughtful judgment and sustained execution. I work alongside leadership on shaping the direction, then help translate decisions into structured action and move important initiatives forward through execution.My work combines strategic thought partnership with hands-on involvement in execution. I develop a strong understanding of the leader, the organisation, and the context around the work, then use that perspective to examine assumptions, sharpen choices, establish practical operating structures, and help carry critical initiatives from decision through delivery.My background is in engineering, with leadership experience across different settings. I later completed a Master of Global Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
